Consultation
A single two-hour visit at your home to ask all your questions about your renovation decisions. Can be booked at any stage of your project.
Plan review
For a stock plan or an architect's plan. We bring a designer's eye to the harmony, flow and comfort of your living spaces, before construction begins.
Home addition plan
The plan required for your permit application and construction quotes, including communication with the city, permit follow-up and a technologist's seal if required.
our process

First meeting
We meet at your home to talk about your project, your needs and your budget, and we take measurements of your space. This first visit costs $150, an amount credited to your project if we move forward together.

Quote
A few days after our meeting, you receive a detailed quote: services, fees and a proposed contract. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid, the design can begin.

Design
Using the measurements taken at our meeting, we create a complete concept that stays true to your style. We keep in touch throughout the process and refine it with you until it truly feels like you.

Final plans
Once the concept is approved, you receive complete plans, elevations, millwork details and realistic 3D renderings, as well as access to discounts with our suppliers.
